Thanksgiving in Colorado
For Thanksgiving we went out to Colorado to visit my family. It was our first plane ride with Kyle. Amazingly, it was a success. He was so good that I am afraid he will never be that well behaved again.

Halloween 2008
Well, Kyle's first Halloween was a success. He had a GREAT time. He was screaming and giggling the entire time. This could have been the happiest I have ever seen him.

Pumpkin/Apple picking
In October we went to this place about 25 minutes from our house called March Farms. We had no idea it existed. It was a great place to take kids. They had a petting area and play area and of course a place to pick up a pumpkin and pick apples off the trees.
After a getting our apples and a small pumpkin, Chris and Kyle carved the pumpkin on our kitchen floor. That was fun to watch.
My activity with Kyle was making homemade apple cinnamon bread in our bread maker.

1st Birthday Party
Of course I have to include some pictures of Kyles 1st Birthday. He was feeling under the weather but it was still a nice day. He had family and friends over to visit. Best of all, he had a Sesame Street cake (which he did not eat any of). Believe it or not, he does not like sweets. Me and Chris can't believe he is our child.

May 2008- Grandma and Papa Gene came to visit from Colorado. We went to the Bronx Zoo while they were here. This was the first time Kyle has ever visited a Zoo. He seemed to enjoy himself.

Rehoboth Beach Vacation- July 2008
I want to back track a little while to bring you to our 1st family vacation. We packed up all 3 dogs, our 14 month old son Kyle and headed down to Rehoboth Beach, DE. It was crazy having all the animals with us but we had a great time.
We stayed at a nice B&B called the Corner Cupboard Inn. This place had an awesome location. Less than .5 miles from the beach and tucked in a wooded area. Great find!
We stayed a few nights so naturally we had to eat out. Well...that was difficult. We had to find a restaurant that Kyle would have fun at. So, Hooters it was. You will see in the photos below he was really enjoying himself.
